We are WiTCH
The Women in Tech and Cyber Hub is a UK community built by women working in the industry, for women working in the industry.
WiTCH started with a simple observation: too many women in tech and cyber were the only woman in the room. We wanted somewhere to swap notes, ask the awkward questions, and celebrate the wins without having to explain ourselves first.
Today we run regular networking events in Cheltenham, Bristol and London, an online community, and mentoring programmes that pair members with women who have been where they are. Everything we do is grounded in the same idea — careers are easier with people in your corner.
